Electricity consumption during building refurbishment
The landlord is obliged to pay the operating costs incurred during the renovation work. Use our electricity meters during the building refurbishment to deduct the electricity consumed from the tenant's utility bill.

Settlement in the event of damage
In the event of an insured event, e.g. damage caused by force majeure such as flooding, our electricity meters are used for electricity billing. Among other things, the operating costs of a drying appliance can be determined with the help of the electricity meter. These costs are covered by the insurance.

Electricity bill?
No problem with MIXO electricity meters!

According to § 31 of the German Measurement and Verification Act (MessEG), only calibrated meters may be used for electricity billing. MIXO electricity meters comply with the guidelines of the Council of the European Measuring Instruments Directive MID and are recognised for electricity billing. The use of non-calibrated electricity meters for billing is an administrative offence that can be punished with a fine of up to 50,000 euros (§ 60).
