Use

Stromverbrauch bei Gebäudesanierung
The landlord is obliged to pay the operating costs incurred during the renovation work. Use our electricity meters during the building refurbishment to deduct the electricity consumed from the tenant's utility bill.

Abrechnung im Schadensfall
In the event of an insured event, e.g. damage caused by force majeure such as flooding, our electricity meters are used for electricity billing. Among other things, the operating costs of a drying appliance can be determined with the help of the electricity meter. These costs are covered by the insurance.

Mit MIXO Stromzählern kein Problem!
Nach § 31 des Mess- und Eichgesetzes (MessEG) dürfen zur Stromabrechnung nur geeichte Zähler verwendet werden. MIXO Stromzähler entsprechen den Richtlinien des Rates der Europäischen Messgeräterichtlinie MID und werden bei der Stromabrechnung anerkannt. Die Verwendung nicht geeichter Stromzähler zur Abrechnung ist eine Ordnungswidrigkeit, die mit einer Geldbuße von bis zu 50.000 Euro geahndet werden kann (§ 60).
